GSK is looking for an experienced Business Manager – Vaccine to lead the vaccine business in Surabaya.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel business plans, managing business partnerships, and delivering sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Build collaborative internal and external relationships to enhance the customer journey
- Develop multi-channel business plans based on customer insights
- Manage business partnerships to grow the business
- Develop Annual Account Plans with strategic customers
- Establish relationships with stakeholders and be an expert on account decision-making processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Solid experience working in the pharma industry or related commercial areas
- Experience in cardiovascular and metabolic areas is an advantage
- Strong performance delivery and compliance record
- Excellent business planning and execution skills
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Analytical thinking and influencing skills
- Personal resilience and agility
