Description
We are seeking an experienced Applications Analyst to join our team. As an Applications Analyst, you will plan, implement, and document all aspects of specific projects. You will coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team in analyzing project requirements, including scoping, setting up discovery meetings, and work estimation
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
- Creating detailed project plans to track progress
- Using verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed, and managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents and project status
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies

Required Qualifications:
- Proven working experience (5+ years) as an Applications Analyst in IT
- Solid technical background, with working knowledge or hands-on experience of Oracle Fusion ERP
- Hands-on knowledge implementing and supporting Financials, Procurement, and Projects modules
- Experience working with different industries, such as the financial sector, manufacturing, distributions, and BPO industry
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
