Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at their Northallerton store.
You will be the backstage powerhouse of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly. The role involves stock management, handling deliveries, and performing vital behind-the-scenes tasks to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing stock and deliveries efficiently
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock
- Working flexibly across the store as needed
- Being a team player and supporting colleagues
The work pattern is:
- Wednesday: 18:00-06:00
- Thursday: 18:00-06:00
- Friday: 18:00-06:00
Note that you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements. The hourly rate is not specified, but there is a £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
