We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant to join our online team in York. As a Customer Assistant, you will work across the store to serve our customers, providing excellent customer service and support. You will be trained to support various parts of the store, making this a great role for a team player who is ready to help wherever needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities
- Support various parts of the store
- Be comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
- Help resolve customer queries
