As a Non-US Accredited Foreign Graduate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care in a retail pharmacy setting. You will work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist to ensure a safe and effective work environment. Your responsibilities will include patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory management, and workflow management.

You will also lead with heart, displaying empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues. You will support the pharmacy manager in motivating and developing pharmacy support staff, identify business opportunities, and implement solutions to drive growth and improve performance.

Your primary job duties will include:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with questions and concerns, and perform register transactions.
• Regulatory: Maintain customer/patient confidentiality, communicate with customers/patients, and comply with laws and regulations.
• Pharmacy Operations: Process prescriptions, resolve third-party rejections, and maintain inventory.
• Counseling: Offer to counsel customers and direct them to pharmacists if necessary.
• Leadership: Communicate with field management, participate in store operational meetings, and support scheduling activities.

The typical pay range for this role is $30.00 - $42.00.
