Join us as a Service Administrator in Lambeth
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service. You will be responsible for managing referrals, maintaining accurate records, and supporting team communications. The role involves greeting clients, minuting meetings, maintaining data quality, processing assessments, and providing criminal justice administrative support.
The salary for this position is £30,250 per annum, including an Inner London Weighting payment of £4,000 per year. The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage referrals and maintain accurate records
- Support team communications and provide administrative assistance
- Greet clients and provide a smooth-running administrative service
- Minute meetings and maintain data quality
- Process assessments and provide criminal justice administrative support
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience within a healthcare setting
- Experience working in a busy workplace environment
- Experience working in substance use
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Confidence working in a team environment and ability to work collaboratively
- Skilled in data entry and management
- Good analytical skills with an eye for detail
- Intermediate or higher-level IT skills
