Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
You'll work early mornings, Monday to Friday, 05:00-13:00, with possible unsocial hours premium pay between 10pm-6am.
Responsibilities:
- Provide style advice and excellent customer service
- Operate in a high-demand environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, even under pressure
