Description
We are seeking a Senior BIM Technician to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.
As a Senior BIM Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality drawing documentation of MEPF services, including QA and team management. You will work closely with the BIM Coordinator, Manila engineers, counterpart Engineers, and BIM Manager.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing BIM Models for Mechanical, Electrical, and PH services using Revit MEP
- Preparing design drawings for MEP services using AutoCAD
- Developing plant room layouts, sections, details, and coordinated services drawings
- Coordinating with project team members to agree on priorities and deadlines
- Providing input to the coordination of engineering services on projects
- Developing general arrangement drawings from engineers' sketches and other design team member drawings and details
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Working towards engineering registration within jurisdiction
- Typically 8 years of experience
- Ability to undertake key technical tasks independently across a broad range of small to medium profile projects
- Developing 3D Revit skills
- Demonstrated ability to apply company standards, BIM Protocol, and Process
- Ability to prepare 2D Revit documentation with company standards and BIM Protocol
- Developing communication skills (written and oral) with peers, Team Leaders, Manager, and Client
