Working as a Starbucks Barista at Target means being part of a team that provides a consistent experience for guests. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing handcrafted beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food to specification
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment, including cleaning and sanitising equipment and surfaces
- Manage inventory and restock products as needed
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Comply with all safety and health regulations, including food safety and OSHA guidelines
Requirements:
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively and operate technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
