Description
As a Compliance Manager at Argos, you will lead the way in managing Facilities Management (FM) compliance across the estate, working with compliance service delivery contractors and FM service providers to build a high-performing safety and compliance culture.
You will work closely with compliance service providers to ensure all planned preventative maintenance and remedial actions are completed, keeping buildings safe and compliant. You will manage the scheduling of statutory planned preventative maintenance through the computer-aided FM system, ensuring it is delivered within required timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with compliance service providers to complete planned preventative maintenance and remedial actions
- Managing scheduling of statutory planned preventative maintenance
- Keeping maintenance schedules accurate and up-to-date
- Producing compliance performance data and reporting regularly to stakeholders
- Presenting updates on safety and compliance performance
- Challenging non-completion of planned maintenance and holding providers accountable
- Working with the FM team to facilitate contractor investigations following safety incidents
- Partnering with Health and Safety, Procurement, and the wider FM team to spot legislative changes and compliance gaps
The ideal candidate will have strong Facilities Management and/or compliance management experience, significant stakeholder management experience, and proven leadership skills.
