We are seeking a Team Leader (m/w/d) Securities to lead a team of securities specialists. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of your team, as well as their further development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of securities specialists
- Taking charge of personnel deployment planning and result-oriented leadership and control of your team
- Providing demand-oriented advice to your own customers with a focus on securities business
- Building sustainable customer relationships through personal conversations and telephone contact
- Taking responsibility for the care of customers in one or more branches and working closely with the branch teams
- Organising your workday independently and being a competent contact person for your customers on all matters relating to securities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or completed commercial training or several years of professional experience in sales
- A certified qualification as an investment advisor, which can be proven by a suitable document
- Sales talent with a passion for working with people
- Excellent communication skills and a confident and convincing appearance, analytical thinking and structured working methods
- Leadership competence and resilience in everyday work, as well as openness to rapidly changing framework conditions
- Knowledge of economic interrelationships and the capital market
- Certified qualification as an investment advisor (m/w/d), as well as extensive experience in securities business and advisory-intensive products including demonstrable sales success
