This role is designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
As an Engineering Program Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in managing multiple projects within a large-scale program involving one or more functions driving the engineering development and implementation process for products or service offerings.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating multiple projects within a large-scale program
- Developing portions of support requirements for assigned projects, including budgets and resource allocation plans
- Coordinating the activities of associated project teams and tracking progress against established plans
- Developing program communications, including creation of status reports and summaries
- Leading resources across multiple projects
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- Typically 2-4 years of experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process
- Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements
- Mastery in English and local language

The expected salary/wage range for this position is $71,500 - $164,400 per year in Texas.
