Description
We are seeking a Head of Structural Design to lead one of Sweden's largest structural design operations, with around 350 employees across approximately 30 offices in Sweden and India.
As Head of Structural Design, you will have overall responsibility for the business, including strategy, growth, results, and organizational development, with a clear focus on leading through other managers and building a strong, scalable, and business-driven operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing the business and creating long-term customer relationships
- Representing the business in strategic customer dialogues
- Contributing to continued growth and profitability
- Leading and developing high-performing organizations through other managers
- Ensuring the organization has the right structure, staffing, and competence for continued development
- Driving change initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaboration
Requirements:
- Experience of result responsibility, business development, and business management
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing organizations through other managers
- Experience of complex project and business environments, preferably in an international context
- Ability to build strategic customer relationships and represent the business externally
- Experience of coaching and developing leaders and future key personnel
- Relevant engineering or technical degree
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills
