Description
We are seeking a Mission Manager to join our team in Northern Virginia. As a Mission Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, resourcing, and overseeing the execution of persistent collection operations. You will work with in-house and geographically dispersed elements to support clearly defined collection objectives.
Key skills for success in this role include the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to make complex, multi-factor decisions under extreme stress. You must be able to think critically about the immediate and long-term implications of tactical decisions and how those decisions fit into the overall team objectives. You should be a natural multi-tasker and communicator.
The minimum requirements for this role include excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in tactical ground operations, tactical air operations, complex command and control tools and systems, and the ability to work in high to extreme stress environments. You must have 6+ years of Intelligence or DoD experience, a valid driver's license with a real ID, and a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 to 12 years of full-time professional experience. Candidates with a Master's degree are highly desirable with 6 to 10 years of experience.
In terms of compensation, the pay range for this role is $92,300.00 - $166,850.00. We offer a variety of benefits, but they are not specified here.
