Description
We are seeking a Service Leader for our control system maintenance team in Eskilstuna, Sweden. As a Service Leader, you will have a central role in planning and coordinating maintenance work with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing maintenance actions to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinating with employees, contractors, and customers
- Purchasing services and materials
- Contacting suppliers and creating specifications
- Preparing and planning implementation
- Reporting before, during, and after completed work
- Economic follow-up and invoicing
- Supporting the manager in planning, implementing, and following up on systematic work environment efforts
We require:
- Experience in a leading or coordinating role with similar responsibilities
- Several years of work experience in the electrical power sector
- Interest in technology and a willingness to develop within control systems
- B driver's license, as business trips occur
- Excellent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing
- Good English language skills, especially in reading and writing
