We are looking for local BCBAs to join our team throughout the state of Virginia. Above and Beyond Therapy is dedicated to delivering outstanding quality care and investing in the professional growth and personal happiness of our staff.
The ideal candidate will have a valid BCBA certificate and experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA with our team, you will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide support to families.

The salary range for this position is USD 90,000-95,000 per year. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities, as well as sign-on and relocation bonuses.
