Description
Mastercard is seeking a Director, Technical Program Management for its Payment Reconciliation Intelligence program within the Business & Market Insights (B&MI) group.
The successful candidate will provide program management leadership across different product areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading major projects and complex assignments with broad scope and long-term business implications
- Collaborating with business and technical partners to scope opportunities, outline potential value and ROI, and identify risks, benefits, and constraints
- Providing people leadership to technical program managers across the program
- Examining commercially available and forthcoming industry technologies related to the area of expertise
- Creating detailed cost and time estimates for implementing business solutions
- Managing multiple scrum teams and organizing Agile/SAFe ceremonies
- Developing good technical understanding of product architecture and flows
- Effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience
- Advanced level understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies
- Solid foundation in Computer Science, with prior hands-on experience on .Net stack and/or Java stack
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- High-energy, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
