We're seeking an Optical Colleague to join our team in Horwich. As a key member of our in-store Opticians team, you'll be the face of our optical services, providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
You'll be responsible for:
- Preparing patients for eye examinations and explaining the process
- Completing pre-screening examinations and booking appointments
- Dispensing spectacles and contact lenses
- Dealing with repairs and adjustments
- Ensuring accurate stock management
