The salary range for this role is $150K – $250K, with options for equity and bonus.
How you'll make impact
As a Senior IT Engineer, you'll be responsible for owning and evolving Airwallex's collaboration platform stack, including Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom. You'll build and operate integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications, lead Google Workspace operations, and partner with various teams to solve complex problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving the collaboration platform stack
- Building and operating integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications
- Leading Google Workspace operations across a complex global environment
- Partnering with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and IT teams to solve hard problems and build secure solutions
- Driving the onboarding and enablement of AI products and features across the collaboration stack
What we're looking for
Essentials
- Experience owning and operating collaboration platforms, including Slack and Google Workspace
- Hands-on experience building and managing integrations and workflows across enterprise SaaS applications
- Technical fluency with code, command-line tools, terminals, and clickops
- Experience managing Google Workspace operations at scale and partnering with identity or security teams
- A track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems with curiosity, sound judgment, and persistence
Preferred
- Experience with Zoom or other enterprise collaboration platforms
- Experience working with Slack Enterprise Grid
- Experience onboarding, evaluating, or enabling AI products in an enterprise environment
- Experience partnering with INFOSEC, Revenue Operations, and globally distributed IT teams

The Enterprise Engineering team builds and maintains the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep Airwallex running at scale. This includes IT Support, IT Engineering, Corporate Networking, and Business Engineering.
