We are seeking a Store Director (Store Manager) to lead our team at 755 53rd Ave NE, Fridley, MN 55421-1240. The pay range for this role is $106,000.00 - $212,000.00.
As a Store Director, you will lead a team that has one purpose: to help all families discover the joy of everyday life. You will develop leaders who care about their teams, who care about their guests and each other. You will take accountability in running a profitable growth business.

Requirements:
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team leadership and engagement
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Manage conflict and lead and hold others accountable
