As an Apple Repair Technician at Coolblue, you will delight customers by providing personalised advice and performing repairs on smartphones, iPads, EarPods, and more.
If a device can't be repaired, you will advise customers on purchasing a new product.
You will work in a friendly environment with colleagues, exchanging numbers and updates on customer repairs.
Flexibility is key, as you will work during store opening hours, including Saturdays, and assist other departments during quiet periods.

Requirements:
- At least 16 years old
- Experience in repair work (even if just a hobby)
- Attention to detail and precision
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with Apple
