We are looking for an Intern, Fleet Systems Analyst to join our GrabRentals team, which secures vehicular supply for the Grab platform.
As an Intern, Fleet Systems Analyst, you will continue developing the end-to-end fleet management system in Zoho Creator under the Fleet Manager's direction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing dashboards and functionalities to support the growth of GrabRentals and improve operational efficiency.
- Writing clean, efficient, and scalable Deluge and JavaScript code tailored to organisational needs.
- Testing, debugging, and documenting software components to meet defined quality standards.
- Mapping process flows and designing Salesforce interfaces to support clear and intuitive user journeys.
- Building Salesforce prototypes and wireframes based on technical design requirements.
- Documenting existing data structures and API integrations, and mapping them to the new Salesforce environment.
- Coordinating deliverables, tracking project timelines, providing progress updates, and escalating risks promptly.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify issues and verify that processes meet defined requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A solid foundation in Java programming language and database design.
- Experience with Zoho Creator or a comparable low-code platform.
- Proficiency in Deluge and JavaScript, with experience in Java or Python.
- Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies.
- The ability to write clean, reusable, and efficient code while observing best practices.
