Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Richmond, VA. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment with a focus on professional growth and personal happiness.
We provide high-quality ABA therapy services for children with autism, and our BCBAs play a crucial role in designing and implementing treatment plans. As a BCBA with our team, you will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and provide support to families.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000-100,000 per year, along with benefits such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid maternity leave, 401K matching, and flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Provide support during family conversations and ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
