Samsara is seeking an Account Development Representative II to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Account Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Samsara's go-to-market strategy, hunting for leads, mapping enterprise accounts, and building demand for Samsara's full line of products.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop enterprise technology sales skills and advance their careers. Successful ADRs earn accelerated commissions and can see promotion to a closing role in two years or less.
Responsibilities include:
- Making 50 cold calls a day
- Mapping enterprise accounts and building demand for Samsara's products
- Working closely with top-tier executives
- Averaging 50 calls to prospective customers daily
- Having innate curiosity in how businesses work
- Treating rejection as a learning experience
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to make 50 cold calls a day
- At least 6 months of sales experience and/or sales prospecting ability
- Currently enrolled in an accredited 4-year Bachelor's degree program or within 1 year of graduation
Ideal candidate has:
- Growth mindset and willingness to collaborate with teammates
- Experience with Salesforce, LI Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and embed AI usage into day-to-day operations
Compensation:
- Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range: $54,621-$73,440 USD
