Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Ulverston Foodhall, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and selling our newest food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues and driving sales growth
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store
We are looking for individuals who are resilient, committed, and digitally confident. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Work Pattern:
- Week 1: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 14:00-22:00
- Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 14:00-22:00
- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
