We are seeking a Team Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Winsford, Cheshire. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving results through your team, ensuring they are engaged, well-managed, and productive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and driving KPIs to ensure daily and weekly targets are met
- Setting performance targets and reviewing progress to improve performance and reduce costs
- Identifying solutions to problems and driving continuous improvement strategies
- Developing talent within your team through coaching and guidance
- Allocating tasks and holding daily shift briefs

To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Management/Supervisory experience within a large-scale production/warehouse operation, ideally in Food Manufacturing
- The ability to challenge decisions and behaviours to ensure consistency in service to our customers
- A proven track record of people management and delivering strong results through a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Assertiveness with the ability to make decisions on the spot
- An understanding of cost models and experience of budgetary control
