We are seeking a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member to join our team at Target. As a Seasonal team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our guests and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities As a Seasonal: 4am Inbound (Stocking) team member, you will:
- Welcome and provide excellent service to our guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Provide service to our guests that makes them say 'I LOVE TARGET!'
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Maintain a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes

Salary The starting hourly rate is $16.00 USD per hour. Effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
