The Executive Team Leader Human Resources is a key role at Target, responsible for leading a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to deliver on the company's guest-centric mission. The pay range for this position is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00.
As an Executive Team Leader Human Resources, you will:
- Lead and create a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
- Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Drive total store sales and understand your role in sales growth
- Plan, lead, and follow-up on organizational and operational change
- Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends
- Build teams that are committed to continuous learning
- Develop and coach team leaders to elevate the skills and expertise of the team
- Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management
- Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to manage conflict, lead, and hold others accountable
- Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks independently
