The Pension Coordinator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers in Customer Service Call Center, working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue.
Additional responsibilities include document management functions including scanning, uploading electronic documents, and producing/mailing letters.
The Pension Coordinator is required to report to the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and work from home on Monday and Friday. Hours are 7:45am-4:15pm EST.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, 1 year of customer service, and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of call center responsibilities and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30 per hour.
