Join Putneymead Group Medical Practice as a Salaried GP with a view to Partnership within 12 months, working 4 -5 sessions per week.
We are a thriving, progressive GP training practice in Putney, Southwest London, caring for approximately 23,500 patients. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while developing your leadership skills and contributing to service development, quality improvement and the strategic direction of the practice. We embrace digital innovation, achieve strong QOF performance and actively contribute to our Primary Care Network and wider neighbourhood.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking GP who enjoys working collaboratively, brings fresh ideas and is keen to make a meaningful contribution beyond the consulting room. Previous leadership experience is welcome but not essential.

Main duties of the job
- Provide high-quality clinical care to our patient population, including face-to-face and remote consultations, appropriate clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of acute and long-term conditions.
- Contribute to the effective running and continued development of the practice, working closely with fellow GPs, nursing colleagues, the multidisciplinary team and management.
- Support clinical governance, patient safety, quality improvement, QOF delivery and the development of services that respond to the needs of our population.
