Description
We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service by answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Solutions. This seasonal role involves assisting clients with their holiday ordering, from fruit baskets to steaks, and requires a helpful and professional attitude.
You will manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner, addressing customer questions and concerns on all products and services through multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will follow communication scripts when handling different topics, identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions and/or alternatives, and seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
This is a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) position, requiring you to work from home with your own equipment and workspace. You must have a reliable and secure internet connection, a dedicated work area, and meet specific hardware and software requirements, including an Intel Core i5-8250U processor or greater, 8GB of memory on Windows 10 or higher 64 bits, and a USB headset.
Requirements:
- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience
- Previous 3-6 months of call center or office background experience a plus
- Basic computer skills
- Quick learner and able to work independently
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Must be 18 years of age
- A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required
