We are currently seeking professionals to join a large project with an important business partner as a Patient Support Program Nurse.
Job Summary: As a Patient Support Program Nurse, you will provide administrative support to patients and healthcare professionals, ensuring they receive the necessary treatment and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Visit government and private hospitals to support patients and healthcare professionals with treatment-related administrative tasks
- Provide support to patients and primary caregivers, addressing their queries and concerns
- Monitor patient treatment progress and follow up via phone calls
- Verify patients receive their treatments on time, according to doctor's instructions
- Report activities to supervisor and call centre
- Capture patient information daily in CRM system
- Request materials for doctors and patients
- Plan and schedule trips outside of your locality
- Present work plan and expense reports
Requirements:
- Academic degree in Nursing (professional license required)
- Experience in government institutions (IMSS and/or INSABI) considered
- Administrative process management skills
- 80% field work, 20% administrative work
- High availability for travel
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
