Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at Cribbs Causeway. You'll play a vital behind-the-scenes role ensuring the store runs smoothly, focusing on stock, deliveries, and maintaining a clean shop floor.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store where needed
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across different functions
- Adapting quickly to changing demands, including early morning deliveries and late stock shifts
This role involves operating mechanical equipment, so applicants must be 18 or older. Due to operational requirements, successful candidates may need to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
