Description
This role involves ensuring seamless incorporation of a large brand into EHR systems at priority accounts. You will identify potential gaps and barriers within EHR systems, develop comprehensive plans, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify gaps and barriers within EHR systems at priority accounts
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer-specific plans
- Act as a Health IT subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
- Complete needs assessments with institutional customers to address patient safety gaps in EHR systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, Master's degree preferred
- Extensive technical knowledge of healthcare software, preferably with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems
- Certifications such as CAHIMS, CHTS, CHISP, CPHIMS, or Epic highly recommended
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare and health information technology
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven project management experience
- Valid driver's license
Benefits:
- Potential base pay range: $125,000 - $140,000 annually
