Field Service Power Generation Technician - Level III

We are looking for a talented Field Service Power Generation Technician to join our team specializing in Power Generation in Forest Park, GA.

There is a $5000 sign-on bonus for this role.

As a Field Service Power Generation Technician, you will complete preventative maintenance and basic repairs on generators or components at customer sites with minimal direction. You will engage with customers professionally, apply specialized tools and documented procedures to diagnose and complete repairs, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop productive customer relations, ensuring prompt and efficient attention to customer needs.
• Apply specialized tools and follow documented procedures to diagnose and complete complex repairs at customer sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities according to documented schedules and standards on power generation products in the field.
• Escalate unresolved issues to product specialists or supervisors.
• Coach and develop technicians and apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience.
• Complete required documentation, such as service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
• Maintain service vehicles and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

Requirements:

• Current valid driver's license required.
• 5-year motor vehicle report with no major violations.
• Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• 3 years of driving experience.
• Subject to DOT driving regulations, including Hours of Service and Electronic Log Booking Device use.
• Applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
