We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000-110,000 per year, depending on the state. You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with flexible work hours and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
- Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualised goals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring progress
- Provide supportive care during family conversations to ensure understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
