We are seeking an Assistant Chef to join our team at Abbotsleigh Mews Care Home in Sidcup. As an Assistant Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering an excellent dining experience for our residents.
The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and previous experience working in a fresh food kitchen, along with relevant hygiene certificates. You will be responsible for creating varied and nutritional menus in line with dietary needs and preferences of our residents, putting forward ideas to deliver an excellent dining experience, training and managing the kitchen team, and adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
