Description
Millennium Space Systems, a part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), is seeking a highly motivated Functional Manager - Spacecraft Integration & Test to join their world-class team. The successful candidate will oversee 20-25 direct reports and further their growth and development. The role involves managing spacecraft integration and test activities, leading process improvement initiatives, and developing a comprehensive onboarding curriculum.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned people leader with experience in spacecraft integration, hardware-software integration, test systems, or production automation. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in any Engineering or related field and at least one year of experience in a leadership role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting measurable objectives
- Designing individualized career growth plans and mentorship programs
- Managing staffing levels, workload balancing, and resource allocation across ATLO projects
- Leading process improvement initiatives to increase ATLO throughput
- Developing a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new ATLO engineers

The salary range for this position is $151,300 - $222,500.
