Description
We are seeking a Vice President, Trader to join our Global Emerging Markets (GEM) financing franchise. You will be responsible for originating, structuring, and risk managing private credit transactions for Corporates in the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the credit underwriting and due diligence process for new financings
- Collaborating on the structuring and documentation for new deals
- Working with our coverage teams in Origination and Advisory (O&A), Institutional Client Group (ICG), and DCM to source and structure new transaction opportunities for our clients in LatAm
- Ongoing risk management and monitoring of existing portfolio positions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in credit analysis, modeling, credit documentation, and credit and legal due diligence across diverse sectors and jurisdictions
- Experience negotiating credit structures and terms with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English and Spanish or Portuguese)
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to work in a dynamic environment

Salary range: $187.5K to $307.5K
