Production Expert

We are seeking a Production Expert to join our team at the GSK site in Evreux, France.

The Production Expert will be responsible for ensuring the performance of the production process, coordinating projects, and introducing new products or optimizing existing technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Guarantee the performance of the process through knowledge of equipment, manufacturing processes, and critical product and process parameters
• Coordinate projects impacting the process, including improvements, changes, and optimizations
• Participate in the introduction of new products or optimization of existing technologies, methods, and systems
• Be the reference point for all process-related activities, including validation, qualification, and quality investigations
• Contribute to continuous improvement
• Develop, maintain, and capitalize on specialized knowledge in your domain

Requirements:

• PhD, Engineer, or Master's degree with relevant experience in production or quality in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food industry
• Good adaptability, autonomy, decision-making, curiosity, teamwork, and analytical skills
• Operational English level

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 37,425 to EUR 62,375 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
