Description
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to work nights at our Sainsbury's store in Ballymena, County Antrim. As a Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is ready for the day ahead, providing excellent customer service, and supporting our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare the store for the day ahead by filling shelves and ensuring the workspace is tidy
- Collect and move stock safely from the warehouse to the shopfloor
- Work across different parts of the store, including chilled and frozen areas
- Use equipment, handsets, and digital systems to complete tasks accurately and safely
- Provide excellent customer service and support colleagues when needed

- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and adapt to the disruption of working overnight

Availability:
- Part-time role with 12 contract hours per week
- Fixed-term assignment until 01/09/2027
- Availability required on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 22:00 and 04:00
