As Senior People Partner – Technology, you'll partner Directors and Senior Leadership Team stakeholders as a trusted adviser, translating business priorities into targeted people strategies and plans. You'll use commercial understanding, people expertise and data-led insight to influence decisions, anticipate workforce requirements and address complex organisational challenges.
You'll lead strategic workforce planning, organisational design and complex change, ensuring transformation is embedded through leadership, culture and sustained behaviour change, all whilst managing senior-level cyclical HR activities. You'll coach and challenge senior leaders to strengthen performance, accountability, inclusion and engagement, while mobilising specialist expertise across our Centres of Expertise.
You build trusted relationships while providing constructive challenge and holding leaders to account. You can lead through ambiguity, influence across a matrix and bring together stakeholders with different priorities. You combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, apply sound judgement to organisational and employee-relations risks, and create an inclusive environment in which colleagues and teams can perform.
