Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital, which houses one of the only three regional Hyper-Acute Rehabilitation Units (RHRU) in the UK.
As a Staff Nurse, you will work in a highly skilled interdisciplinary team specialising in Neuro-Rehabilitation and Hyper-Acute Neuro care, providing cutting-edge clinical research and holistic, patient-centred, goal-oriented rehabilitation programs to patients with a variety of neurological conditions.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be committed to delivering high standards of care, and be able to work flexibly in a team.
Main duties of the job
- Work in a combined highly skilled interdisciplinary team specialising in Neuro-Rehabilitation and Hyper-Acute Neuro care
- Provide holistic, patient-centred, goal-oriented rehabilitation programs to patients with a variety of neurological conditions

Requirements
- RN qualification
- Experience working with other disciplines
- Experience working with patients with neurodisability
- Experience working with an integrated multidisciplinary team
- Previous staff nurse experience
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work within and across teams
- Good customer care skills
- Basic computer skills using 'Windows'
