We are seeking a Private Banking Advisor to join our team in München. As a Private Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to private clients and small to medium-sized enterprises.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide advisory services to clients, focusing on their individual needs and goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations on banking products, such as accounts, cards, and loans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and identify areas for process improvement
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments, applying this knowledge to client interactions
Requirements:
- Completed training as a bank clerk (Bankkauffrau/Bankkaufmann)
- Strong sales and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Good knowledge of private banking products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
