Description
We are looking for a Strategic Finance Business Partner to support our AI team and other business functions. As a trusted advisor to the company, you will drive financial planning, forecasting, and review processes, and guide critical decisions through insightful analyses and strategic thought partnership.
You will embed deeply within the AI team and broader business as a trusted financial partner, understanding key cost drivers and the product roadmap to proactively surface financial implications, risks, and opportunities. You will own weekly and monthly AI cost reporting, delivering clear visibility into spend, usage, key trends, and anomalies for executives and functional leaders. You will also deliver thoughtful analyses to support strategic decisions with strong judgment, speed, and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embedding deeply within the AI team and broader business as a trusted financial partner
- Owning weekly and monthly AI cost reporting end to end
- Delivering thoughtful analyses to support strategic decisions
- Supporting the monthly close and reporting process with Accounting
- Partnering with the AI team, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver accurate forecasts and budgets
- Strengthening AI cost data and reporting infrastructure by identifying data gaps and improving recurring workflows
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, and/or Corporate Finance
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, financial close, and reporting
- Data fluency and the ability to navigate complex datasets
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Comfortable partnering directly with senior leadership and building strong cross-functional relationships
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Nice to haves:
- Experience with a high-growth tech company, including native AI, SaaS, or consumption-based businesses
- Experience with NetSuite, Workday, Zip, and planning tools
- Working knowledge of SQL
