Description
Sodexo is seeking an Assistant Village Manager to join their site operations working on a flagship global contract in Mining.
The Assistant Village Manager will report to the Village Manager and play a vital role in the successful running of village operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and supporting teams
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing systems, policies, and procedures
- Safety leadership with an understanding of HSE and HR legislation
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
Requirements:
- Current full WA Manual Driver's licence
- Previous people management and project management experience
- Remote site experience is highly desirable, but extensive hospitality experience at a general manager level is transferrable
- Willing to obtain CPR/Frist aid, Snake Handling Training, and Fire Warden tickets/licenses/training
