We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant to join our online team in London. As a Customer Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced, structured environment, supporting various parts of the store to ensure customers can get what they need, when they need it.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work well in a busy, structured environment
- Be comfortable using equipment safely and following processes
- Help support customers and resolve their queries
