E-Commerce Intern

We are seeking an E-Commerce Intern to join our team. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will assist the E-Commerce team in general project management tasks for the Porsche Lifestyle Group. You may collaborate with the e-commerce team in Germany and the local e-commerce team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimize online products and sales.

The hourly range for this role is $19/hr-$21/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with online performance marketing, including affiliate program management, performance marketing roadmap maintenance, and collaboration with performance marketing agencies
• Assist with online site enhancements, including working with developers on sprint releases and QA site enhancement tickets
• Assist with online order handling and customer service
• Participate in Friends and Family Sale activities, including online marketing, product upload, QA, and order handling

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Online Retail, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of comprehensive relevant education and/or experience in e-commerce or a related field within the retail/apparel/luxury industry
• Good understanding of consumer trends and lifestyle pop culture
• People-oriented, team player with strong partnership-building skills
• Creative and strategic mindset with strong executional abilities and a can-do attitude
• Ability to solve advanced problems and troubleshoot complex issues

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent IT user skills, including Outlook, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Independent work style, self-starter, extremely organized and structured
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Easily adapts to changing scenarios
• Ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and internal/external partners
• German language – a plus but not required
