Description
We are seeking experienced Software Engineers to join our team! As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack), you will have an eye for detail and stakeholder management skills to provide technical and procedural expertise working within our Digital Services (DS) Directorate.
The role involves developing and enhancing software solutions to meet user story needs, following best practice guidelines, writing clean, secure, and well-tested code, coaching and mentoring colleagues, supporting a continuous delivery environment, operating services, identifying issues in production, designing and executing test techniques.
There are two roles available across two areas of digital delivery: Digital Applications – Survey Data Collection (SDC) and Dissemination.
Digital Applications – Survey Data Collection (SDC) This role will primarily focus on Respondent Account Services (RASRM), providing services that support how respondents interact with ONS surveys.
Dissemination This role involves developing, supporting, and improving services used across the current and new ONS website platforms, including search, authentication, routing, and feedback services.
Responsibilities:
