We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team at Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals, UCLH. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the dental team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills in providing specialist care via training qualifications in sedation, Oral Health education, implantology, and more. We offer a varied and competency-based induction programme to support your development within the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to the dental team
- Develop your skills in providing specialist care via training qualifications
- Work effectively as part of a team with a professional approach towards work and colleagues
- Maintain accurate patient files and X-rays, transfer data to the database, and display an appreciation for the importance of this
- Ability to work under your own initiative without direct supervision
Requirements:
- NEBDN and/or an appropriate professional qualification or equivalent
- General Dental Council registration
- Experience of working in a clinical setting
- IT skills - maintaining personal records and general information data entry, text processing
